Occupation or status upon arrival: Lord and Prince of Altea, a kingdom that was just recently liberated from it's chains of war and oppression. In Diamond City, he's just a wanderer who's exploring the lands.

Personality: Marth is a calm, collective individual who seeks the greater truth in his many quests. He can be naive sometimes, but he's a boy with a good heart who wishes for the best of his people. He can be quiet and reserved, but he has many questions when he's in need of answers. Because of his charming personality and easy to get along attitude, he's made many friends on his adventures. Although at times he doesn't enjoy fighting, he knows it's necessary for the greater good of the people. He doesn't enjoy killing, it's a last moment option for him for the most part.

Marth can be very elegant and kind-hearted, he grew up as a fine prince in his kingdom of Altea and his proper upbringing shows in almost everything he does. His temper is kept calm for the most part, but it will rise if talking isn't enough to resolve a situation.

Backstory:

Long, long ago there was a great hero named Anri, who slayed the great Shadow Dragon with the sword of light, Falcion. Those days have long past in this world and now, his ancestor Marth, finds himself tossed into the middle of a great war that eventually resurrects the great evil. History repeats itself as he takes to arms and fights for his kingdom and his family against the great dragon.

When Marth was younger, his kingdom was overrun by a neighboring ally. His father, king of Altea, was fighting with their allies on the battlefield when suddenly they were taken down by the kingdom of Doluna. After fleeing from the kingdom and leaving his sister behind in order for him to escape, Marth stayed in a nearby kingdom to hone his skills in order to recapture his kingdom when the time came. His tale involves his fights against the kingdoms who've allied with the Shadow Dragon himself, ressurrected recently and ready to destroy the human world in which Marth holds dear to his heart.

Although Marth on his adventures finds out that his mother was slain in the attacks by the enemy, he finds that he can not mourn long because his people need him. He fights to recover land and helps one of his neighboring kingdoms regain their throne as well with the help of Princess Nyna. Marth fights hard when he learns his sister is still alive, as she is one of the most precious things on this earth to him, and he will not stop until he gets vengeance.

Marth has a soft spot for the princess of his allied kingdom, Tanys. The beautiful Princess Caeda is in love with the prince, but she probably wasn't ready for how hard headed and innocent he can actually be sometimes. Her moments of affection seem to go unnoticed, but there are times he returns them in his own childish, sweet ways.

After defeating the Shadow Dragon, he and Caeda settle in Marth's Kingdom, but he is soon on an adventure and leaves Caeda behind for a bit in order to explore other lands. Don't worry, Caeda, you're still in his heart!

And that's where our story begins-

What brings this person to Diamond City?: Marth believes he needs to learn more about the world around him, to travel and see what is in store for him if he wishes to become the rightful king of Altea. He doesn't want to come unprepared, as he is still young in age to take the throne and is rather innocent beyond what he's seen in his adventures.
